Faccin’s 4HEL plate rolling machine is an advanced 4-roll with linear guides that boosts productivity for metal cans, cones, and complex shapes, operating at double the speed of traditional pyramidal bending rolls. Its superior pre-bending capability comes from the minimal distance between bending points, while an exclusive bearing housing design optimizes load absorption.
With a direct in-house control of all the engineering and manufacturing processes, the 4HEL can bend medium to thick plates ranging from 500 to over 12,000 mm (20 in. – 40 ft) in width and 10 to over 150 mm (0.40 in. – 6 in.) in thickness.
