Breton 5-axis CNC FLYMILL machining centers provide high-speed composite machining. Ideal for milling a variety of materials such as steel, aluminium, composites and resins.
Operate in a single area or in a shuttle configuration. The linear axis speed is 40m per min and can reach up to 60m per min. The twist heads, with a continuous rotation of axis C, axis A rotation from -105° up to +120°, rotational speed up to 100 rpm and 40kW electrospindle.
Ideal for complex workpieces as it operates along the 3 dimensions at the same time. Machine operation and programming is simple to use. It is possible to machine complex undercuts without repositioning the workpiece. This is due to the axis A rotating 120 degrees. These machines have a compact design if limited space is available, yet they still have big work areas.
