Introducing the D25, which includes a B axis and double gang tool posts. Short cycle times and high productivity at low part costs are made possible by the double gang layout. The large number of tools, for both the main spindle and the sub spindle, enables the production of complex workpieces at a reasonable price.
Z2 axis to second gang for simultaneous rough and finish machining and opposed balance cutting to first gang. The back tool post (Y3 axis) is equipped with an adjustable rotary tool for face, radial, or angle machining and accepts radial or face modular fixed/rotary tools. The first gang has a B axis for intricate machining on the main and sub spindles.
