In an effort to enhance your service experience, we now have a dedicated team of highly skilled engineers providing remote support across Australia and New Zealand.
Our engineers are highly trained with extensive experience in the field, meaning faster issue resolution, less downtime and ultimately cost savings for you.
As the program is still new, we are currently only providing remote support for TRUMPF, STOPA, Makino, Nakamura-Tome, and OMAX.
Our engineer will determine whether your problem can be solved remotely. Otherwise, your service case will proceed as normal. This initial assessment is free-of-charge.
Using their official OEM diagnostic tools and deep technical experience, our engineer will identify the root cause of your problem remotely.
If possible, our engineer will guide you through the solution remotely. Otherwise, if an onsite presence is required, they’ll ensure your allocated service engineer arrives with the right tools and parts, reducing repeat visits and minimising downtime.
